Rooms available

There are so many options at the Cooper Alumni Center for all size groups in a private, comfortable atmosphere. Picture your event in one or more of these spaces:

• Kays Board Room -This private, dignified board room features 14 large leather executive chairs around a marble-topped table with built-in connections for electronics. A drop-down screen, enclosed white board, and catering cupboards enhance any meeting.
• History Room - This warm and inviting room features a board table with seating for 8 as well as a casual living room setup of 4 arm chairs and a coffee table. Perfect for small meetings.
• Lower Lobby reception area - This stunning space has full-length windows overlooking spacious lawns, trees and the pond. It is ideal for receptions or small weddings. Space for 50-75.
• Grand Ballroom/Salons - This versatile space seats 200 at a sit-down dinner with room for a portable dance floor if requested. Each of its three individual salons can accommodate 64 and may be booked separately.
• Lawns and Terraces - The lovely lawns and terraces of the Cooper Alumni Center are also available for your outdoor events. *For outside events, renter must use tables/chairs from another vendor. CAC equipment does not leave the interior.
