Cary Matthews, ARA, RPRA was a graduate of the College of Business and was an advocate for Jonesboro, Arkansas State University, agriculture, rural property appraisals and real estate. He was committed to his profession by becoming the first person in Arkansas to earn his Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) and Real Property Review Appraiser (RPRA) designation while also serving the public for three terms on the Arkansas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board, including two years as Chairman.
