Wedding Packages

Level One - $2,000
Rental fee includes set up on Friday during business hours; and CAC access on event day up to 8 hours. All events must conclude by 11pm to allow one hour for take down and clean up. Includes set up of tables and chairs.

Level Two - $2,500
Rental fee includes set up on Friday during business hours; and CAC access on event day up to 8 hours. All events must conclude by 11pm to allow one hour for take down and clean up. Includes set up of tables, chairs, use of glass plates, wine and water glasses, dance floor and café tables. Renter will have exclusive use of the entire building except for the office wing.
