ASU Alumni Office staff
 Susan Briner is Database Manager for the ASU Alumni Association, in charge of maintaining the alumni records of all A-State graduates going back to 1928. She provides other ASU departments with information needed to stay in contact with their alumni. She also maintains the Association’s dues-paying membership program records, and provides membership materials to new and renewing Alumni Association members.
Todd Clark is Alumni Development Officer in charge of programs, events and chapter activities. He develops any affinity relationships formed with the Alumni Association. He also coordinates Alumni Association activities, such as Homecoming festivities, student recruitment events and pre-game rallies at ASU sporting events. Todd serves as a liaison to ASU Alumni Association chapters as well as being the advisor to the Future Alumni Network (FAN), the alumni chapter especially for current students.
 Nancy Hendricks is Editor of ASU Alumni Publications. She writes and provides photography for Affairs of State, the alumni newsletter; VOICES, the ASU Alumni Association magazine; Inside ASU Alumni Edition, the weekly e-newsletter for Alumni Association members, and the Alumni website. She writes press releases and special materials for occasions such as the Distinguished Alumni recognitions, and photographs alumni events. She is also involved with A-State's history, serving on the ASU Centennial Commission.
Carol Roberts is Administrative Secretary. She manages the office, handles accounts payable and receivable, deals with correspondence, prepares reports and is responsible for the daily activities of the Alumni office. She is the 'go-to' person for information concerning all aspects of the ASU Alumni Association and the Alumni office.
Beth Smith is Executive Director and oversees all alumni activities. She is the liaison to the Association’s Board of Directors, a 34 member board of volunteers that assist in providing the vision for the expansion of alumni programming at Arkansas State. Beth is currently engaged with the construction of the Cooper Alumni Center and the selection of a new mascot for ASU.
