The newest benefit of joining the ASU Alumni Association is Ladies Workout Express, located at
3407 East Highland Drive (across from the new Turtle Creek Mall) in Jonesboro. Alumni Association members receive a discounted monthly fee and no registration fee.
The owner, Annie Hammons '93, says: "Our facility is a 30-minute strength and aerobic circuit for ladies, utilizing hydraulic equipment. The circuit also provides cardiovascular benefits, and is a program that is safe and simple for ladies of all ages."
Hours are 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday
Dues for Alumni Association members are $24.95 per month (a $5.00 per month discount) plus the registration fee (normally $99) is waived.
A limited number of complimentary "Try Before You Buy" 3-day passes (one trial per person) are available on a first-come, first-served basis from the Alumni Office. For more information, call 972-2586 or e-mail alumni@astate.edu
